Representation
You believe that attending industry events is a very important step in making new contacts and competing on the upper level, but you just can't participate (short of staff, schedule conflict, perhaps international travel, etc.). Hire MailDepo as your representative. We can attend the show on your behalf, set up your booth or table, give away brochures, give a memorable presentation and leave the clients with a positive impression of your product.

We also keep you apprised of the Travel Industry events taking place here in the United States, by Email notification. Should you decide that an event fits your needs, simply let us know and we will be happy to provide representation.

Multi-line Staffing
Move up from the representation level, and hire us as your Multi-line Staff. Take advantage of the Multi-Line status and get your product out to more events through the cooperation of our other Multi-line partners.

Again, we keep you apprised of the Travel Industry events taking place here in the United States, by Email notification. Should you decide that an event fits your needs, simply let us know and we will be happy to provide representation. Based on the Multi-line agreement that we reach, a certain number of events will be done within the agreement duration. (i.e. 1 public and 1 agent event per quarter.)

An additional Multi-line service is agency visits, which allows you to have your brochure hand delivered to agencies in target areas (these targets are selected by you, we will offer consultation on request).

Seminars
