Hotel Accommodation
MailDepo, Ltd. reserves the right to accommodate exhibitors at the host hotels as per the itinerary, meals included are listed in the itinerary. MailDepo, Ltd. Requires a credit card to guarantee the accommodation booking. Any miscellaneous charges (extra night/s, room service, tours, telephone calls, internet use, business centre services, etc.) incurred during the exhibitors participation will be at their own expense and applied to their credit card at checkout.

No refund will be given for those exhibitors who do not attend or use the pre-booked accommodations.

Presentations
The exhibitor understands that a verbal presentation is expected to be given by each exhibitor, each evening. The exhibitor agrees to be prepared with a 10 minute presentation conducive for either a podium presentation or a roundtable presentation of 10 minutes. Presentations will be made by podium or roundtable, based on the number of exhibitors, the number of attendees and the facility set up. The number of roundtable and podium presentations as well as who will do which type of presentation will be determined by MailDepo staff and can be changed without notice.

Participation
The exhibitor understands that their participation is required at all elements of the event that are registered for. The supplier shall not take part in non-“Irish Gateway” functions which would preclude their attendance at all scheduled (registered for) activities.

The exhibitor understands that all participant arrangements or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by MailDepo, Ltd. A cancellation fee of $500 will be applied to the exhibitor if they cancel their attendance. (Accommodation and air tickets are non-refundable.)

Liability & Insurance
MailDepo, Ltd. the function hosting hotels, or arranged transportation are not liable for any claim of theft, damage of property, or injury sustained while participation takes place.

In the event of cancellation of the programme, or any part thereof, due to civil discord, terrorism, military action, or natural events occurring without fault on the part of MailDepo, Ltd. there shall be no refund of fees paid nor refund of travel costs or expense already incurred in conjunction with your participation in the event.

The exhibitor is responsible for travel arrangements and costs incurred to the first event (as per the itinerary) as well as the return from the final event (as per the itinerary). (Including but not limited to air fare, taxes, fess, transfers to or from the hotel and airport, and any other costs incurred.) And any expenses, fees, taxes, and fines incurred outside of the listed inclusions.

Provisions
MailDepo, Ltd. shall have full power to interpret and amend the above terms & conditions which in its discretion shall be in the best interest of the programme. The exhibitor understands that the information contained in the programme material constitutes part of the participation application and agrees to conform to all terms & conditions.

Should an exhibitor fail to comply to MailDepo’s terms & conditions in conjunction with participation in a MailDepo, Ltd. event a misconduct charge of $500 USD will be applied. Any misconduct will also incur that the exhibitor will be denied any further participation in any MailDepo, Ltd. events.
